L.T. Coatings Inc. WaterColours™ are specially formulated waterborne coatings designed for adhesion to substrates including PVC, fiberglass, and precoated metal exterior windows, doors, and building panels.
Some products contain Kynar Aquatex™ (Arkema Inc.) fluorocarbon resins or Hydroflex polyurethane polymers to provide exceptional durability when exposed to exterior ultraviolet and infrared light.
All pigmented colours have heat reflective, mixed metal oxide pigments to provide exceptional colour retention and low heat build-up for dark colours.

FC100 Hydro-FluroClad Plus Clear Base
This product is a clear coat containing Kynar Aquatex™ that is designed for exterior recoating of high-rise buildings. It prevents further chalking and improves the performance of intact, low quality topcoats. It has exceptional colour and gloss retention.
FCW102 Hydro-FluroClad plus Clear for Wood
This product is formulated as a clear or can be tinted to a semi-transparent stain for application over exterior wood.

FC (1000-9999) Hydro-FluroClad Colours
This is a superior quality product for recoating high-rise buildings. Using a Kynar Aquatex™ fluorocarbon resin system, this waterbased material can by applied by spray, brush, or roller. It is designed for adhesion to precoated aluminium or steel, or as the original colour coat for vinyl, fibreglass, or metals.
FCW (1000-9999) Hydro-FluroClad Colours for Wood
This product is designed for direct application to wood treated with a preservative such as LT 8 Hydro Preserve and Treat.

LT1 EK Coat A, LT2 EK Coat B Primer
These products are two-component clear polysiloxane primers that offer exceptional corrosion protection at thin film thickness. They can be applied over all metals and as a final coat for abrasion resistance.
This rinse promotes the rapid cure of EK Primer. It has no VOCs, is free of lead and chromates, is non-hazardous, water or solvent clean up, environmentally conscious, and applicator friendly.
This is a urethane hardener that enhances the performance of Hydroflex topcoats for vinyl.
This product is a clear primer for converting and stopping rust, and priming rust surfaces prior to painting.
This is a cleaning solution for removing chalk, and cleaning and preparing surfaces to be painted.
This is aluminium cleaner and brightener used prior to coating and can be used to remove aluminium oxide corrosion.
This product is a waterborne preservative treatment that prevents mould growth and insect infestations in wood. It is recommended as a pre-treatment before coating.

LT (1000-9999)LG P Hydroflex Plus Low Gloss
This product is a one-coat, heat reflective coating for vinyl and fibreglass window lineals and components. It has excellent gloss and colour retention, mar resistance, and does not require a hardener.
LTSS (1000-9999) Steel Seal Colours
This is a waterborne colour coat that can be applied to rust surfaces without a primer.
