Coating Lines
L.T. Coatings Inc. will custom design a coating application line to meet a variety of needs and budgets. All line designs are a one coat-one pass application, with or without infrared drying. Vinyl lineal coating lines have mechanical masking (no taping) and can be semi or fully automated.
LT-ELLA-1 Extrusion Coating LineThe ELLA-1 coating application line has manual loading of 16-foot lineals (for 35 different profiles), loading 5 lineals at a time onto dollies designed to mask the profiles and transport the parts to the reciprocating 6-gun coating machine. The part is transversed in 16 seconds and is then manually indexed to coat the next part. The process coats 5 lineals in about 3 minutes. The line can also be used to coat doors.
Spray Equipment
L.T. Coatings Inc. is a distributor for Walther Pilot conventional and medium pressure spray guns, as well as pressure pots and spray packs.

Parts, filters, and specialty equipment are available upon request. Market research can be undertaken to locate equipment that meets any required use or specifications.
